Leadership 215 provides a dynamic user experience, making the courses more accessible and trackable for students and cohort leaders. This program can be adapted to a wide variety of ministry contexts.

Your Role

You can choose to teach, moderate, or mentor students in Leadership 215, and can enroll them directly into your cohort.

You can provide live teaching, distance learning, or a “flipped classroom” where students gather for discussion after having viewed the lessons on their own. Lectures are available in video and audio recordings.

You have full access to the Teacher Manuals, Student Manuals, and Presentation Slides, and can even reorganize the sequence of the courses as well as customize the user experience.

Our Role

We are committed to providing you with training, support, and regular updates.

We offer online training for cohort leaders on how to set up, maintain, and expand your Leadership 215 classroom.

We are available for consultation and feedback throughout the process to help you best utilize the material.

There are already nearly 200 cohorts in 40 countries that are successfully using Leadership 215 in a variety of contexts. These cohorts are led by dedicated leaders just like you. With our help you can begin to equip your leaders as well.
