Leadership 215 consists of twelve core courses as well as some optional supplemental courses. Each core course has twelve lessons and includes a course manual, video and audio recordings, quizzes, reflection questions, prayer points, and optional coursework, including embedded readings, reflections, and a major course assignment.

old testament survey
Old Testament Survey provides a general overview of each Old Testament book, its contribution to the unfolding story of redemption, and its central theological themes.
New testament survey
New Testament Survey provides background information about the authorship, style, and purpose of the New Testament writings in order to equip students to become effective ministers.
church history
Church History enables students to apply historical perspectives and ancient wisdom to problems facing the church today and, through examples from church history, inspires students to attempt great things for God.
Hermeneutics
Hermeneutics helps students become more proficient in reading the Bible, and in understanding the principles and methods needed to interpret the biblical text accurately.
systematic theology 1
Systematic Theology 1 provides an understanding of the authority of Scripture and the nature of God, and inspires students to study and teach the Bible accurately.

Systematic Theology 2 provides an understanding of the incarnation, the Holy Spirit, and the human spiritual condition, and inspires students to grow in awe of God and in compassion for people.

Systematic Theology 3 provides an understanding of salvation, the church, and eschatology, and helps students incorporate these doctrines into their life and ministry.
Gospel and Evangelism
Gospel and Evangelism equips believers and local churches with foundational biblical truths, principles, and values to engage in communicating the gospel effectively in local contexts. The course reviews the essential biblical content of the Gospel, provides culturally neutral principles and processes for evangelism through the local church, and highlights critical components for establishing a fruitful, sustainable, discipleship-focused evangelism culture in the local church.
Spirit-Empowered Churches
This course examines the defining characteristics of Spirit-empowered churches, exploring the biblical and theological foundations and practical expressions of life in the Spirit. It seeks to equip, inspire, and challenge students to cultivate a deeper communion with the Holy Spirit and to participate more fully in the Spirit’s transformative work within their own lives and their church and ministry contexts.
Homiletics
Homiletics provides an understanding and appreciation of fundamental truths about preaching and equips students with basic principles on creating sermons.
